Manufacture, Supply and Install – Commercial Aluminium Windows and Doors
Under Contract to Spence Construction – Innovative Window Solutions, North Geelong have manufactured, supplied and installed custom-made Aluminium Windows and Doors for the new Lifestyle Clubhouse, Boundary Road, Mount Duneed.
The framing is Capral Futureline 419 Series and the finish is Dulux Duratec Zeus Monument Matt.
RECORD Automatic Doors have been installed as specified.
Glass – Viridian 6mm Performatech toughened as well as 10mm & 19mm toughened glass.
Capral extruded aluminium Louvre Blades have also been supplied and installed to the exterior.
In the picture below – welded steel fixing bars were custom made and added to the frames to support lateral pressure as part of the specified requirements. We engaged Inhabit Australasia as our Engineering Consultant.
