Innovative Window Solutions is excited to showcase our work on the supply and installation of commercial aluminium and glass windows and doors for a new two-storey premises in Cowie Street, North Geelong.
The aluminium frame is Capral Flushline 419 Series with Matt Black finish as per client specification. Glass is 6mm Soltech Argon-filled 4mm clear double-glazed to meet with the building’s energy rating requirements.
Our team installed several custom features as part of the commercial aluminium window and door framing project, including:
- Lockwood 3572 door and window locks with Satin Chrome handles
- a Record automatic door operator fixed to the main entrance sliding door
- awning sashes for ventilation purposes.
Commercial wide-style hinged doors have been installed on the balcony for easy access and heat-soaked glass has been used above the 5-metre fall zone for safety specifications.
Colourback toughened glass has been used between the floor and roof space – this is available in a variety of colours. Black has been used in this case to blend in aesthetically with the frame.
